What do you see when you look at this picture? Is the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise? When I view it she is dancing clockwise. The thing is there is no right or wrong answer here your answer will depend on what side of the brain you use the most. The original post can be viewed here.

The Right Brain vs Left Brain test … do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

Not On The High Street.com: One of A Kind Finds

Posted on September 12th, 2007 in Cooking Diva ~ Vegan, General by Vegan Momma

I was given the opportunity to review Not On the High Street.com, and I accepted. Not On The High Street specializes in personalized gifts. If you are looking for an item that is truly original, you definitely want to check out their fabulous website.

Not On The High Street Spices

Kitchen Gadgets
Since I love cooking and am always whipping up some fabulous vegan cuisine I instantly checked out their kitchen. I wanted to see what they could tempt me with. I was instantly drawn to their magnetic spice rack. I’ve seen these on cooking and raw vegan food cooking shows, and I really love them a lot. I never knew where I could purchase them.  I love herbs and many have been grown in my own garden.  Also, I love stainless steel this would be perfect in my kitchen since the majority of my appliances are stainless steel.

Oil and Vinegar Set

I’m also loving this oil and vinegar set.  It is made with stainless steel and ceramic.  Looking at this set has me craving a raw sandwich wrap drizzled with a tiny amount of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar.  Delicioso!

Not on the High Street Luggage Tag

Travel
My daughter and I will do doing a lot of travel within the next eight months while I was on the first page my eyes were drawn to the luggage tags by Tepper Jackson. I love color and these are truly colorful I haven’t seen anything like it.

After reviewing their website I have to agree that Not On the High Street.com does feature items that I don’t see everywhere.

I buy a fair amount of purchases internationally.  I mainly purchase items from London.  I would have preferred that international shipping was automatically included at checkout.  As it is now, you have to email Not On The High Street to find out the correct shipping amount.  I have international customers with my business and international shipping is provided when a person places their order.  Would it stop me ordering from Not On The High Street? Absolutely not.

If you’re looking for gift ideas log onto Not on the High Street.com they have a large variety of truly unique items you can give as gifts or purchase for yourself.

What’s my favorite type of gift? Something that is practical but still unique.

Question: What special gifts have you’ve given or received?

My brother and I started a lawn cutting business when we were young. I was twelve and he was eleven. Over time we had quite a few clients in our neighborhood. Naturally as our business grew we felt we needed to add extra equipment. We wanted to enhance the services we provided to our clients.

Shopping for the Home ~ Farreys.com

Does anyone use an air purifier? I use one in our home. How do they work? Air purifiers help filter certain allergens and particles from the room. The HEPA filter is the most efficient.

Air Purifiers are designed to improve the air quality by eliminating dust, smoke pet dander, and other minute particle floating in the air. They don’t remove dust on surfaces so you’ll still have to keep dusting.

Choosing just became easier ~ Broadbandsuppliers.co.uk

I research everything before I buy it appliances, computers, wireless service, broadband suppliers, etc. It can be extremely time consuming hunting for the best products that fit my particular needs.

There is one Broadband company, based in the UK, Broadband Suppliers that tries to make this process a little less frustrating for people such as myself. If you check out their website you will find a large list of special offers, reviews, etc., from a variety of companies.

What I would like to see:
1. Search Feature
A search feature that way you don’t have to scroll down to check the supplier you are looking for.
2. Comparison Tool
It would be nice if you could select a few providers and check them out side by side.

The bottom line I think it’s a great service. I’ve used services like this before and have always been happy. It’s wonderful to see a numerous companies listed in one place. It makes my searching, for the best products to fit my needs, a lot easier. If you are in the U.K. and are looking for broadband suppliers check out Cheap Broadband Suppliers.
