In my quest to change my packrat tendencies In my post Packrats & Breastpumps I wrote about selling items on ebay. I’m happy to say that everything I’ve put up there has sold. Over the years I’ve noticed that those who marketed their products well, with overly saturated items, did a lot better than people that just stuck their merchandise out there.

I’ll be shipping off a load of items today. I only have one more electrical appliance to sell. My excalibur dehydrator I’m upgrading to metal dehydrator. I still haven’t gotten rid of my daughter’s cloth diapers, shoes, or dresses. I gave a lot of her stuff away. Although I admit I am a packrat. I’m a very organized packrat so everything I had was packed neatly inside storage

Are You Looking For An Online Guide To Vegetarian Restaurants Around The World?

Posted on September 6th, 2007 in In The News, Vegetarian/Vegan by Vegan Momma

Christopher asked in a recent post if I knew of an online dining guide for Vegans. I sure do! If you check out VegDining.com you will be able to locate vegetarian and vegan friendly restaurants around the world. I rarely go out but when I do I mainly eat at Indian, Afghan, or Jamaican restaruants. I love their food and I always have a variety of vegetarian dishes to choose from.

I haven’t been on vegdining in a while but I was happy to see that Maryland has more veggie dining options. They are now 23 vegetarian dining restaurants that are located in Maryland. That is fabulous! Searching for information is free however for $4.95 per year you receive a more detailed listing of what’s available and you also have access to some of their features like Diet & Nutrition, Restaurant Recipes, etc.,

VegDining Card

You can pick up their VegDining Card for $14.95 the cool thing is with this purchase you can receive discounts to vegetarian restaurants around the world. Of course not every vegetarian restaurant is on the list. I didn’t see any Maryland restaurants listed but I’ll be traveling to DC, New York, and New Jersey within the next few months and I’ll definitely check out some of the restaurants listed.

There is nothing more annoying to me than to go to a restaurant where I really don’t have too many choices. That can be frustrating. Thankfully when I do venture out I’m usually the one who decides where we eat, or my friends take my lifestyle into consideration. I have fabulous friends.
