Outdoor Fitness

Last evening Aiyana and I were outside playing soccer. It’s amazing to see how much she has improved when she handles the ball, and I cannot help wonder if she’ll still be into sports like myself when she gets older? I have a feeling she will. She prefers being outside soaking up the sun, and it’s something I encourage.

I have my pilates machine set up on the outdoor patio. She regularly hops on during my pilates workout. There’s nothing like adding extra weight to make your workout more of a challenge, right? I incorporate Aiyana in many workouts that I do at home. Instead of lifting weights from my bench press I do the Aiyana press.

She does not weigh a lot she’s about forty pounds, but she seems to enjoy being pressed up in the air. To make it more challenging I raise and lower her slowly after a few minuyts of doing this I really start feeling the burn.

I started using an exercise ball
