Aiyana the “Funky” Pirate Princess. Isn’t she a cutie? :-)
I kept it bandaged so she wouldn’t scratch it. Initially it was very itchy.

now that’s funky :P unfortunately for me, i didn’t have an eye patch to cover it when i had the same thing going on.
ended up showing everyone my funky eye :P

Aww.. I used to have styes on either of my eyes when I was a kid. So I understand how uncomfortable it is..!

OMG she’s a doll! I love that “patch”: it’s cool. I’ve used the tea bag remedy and it truly works (altho I have to say I didn’t want it to work as quickly as it did because it was a pretty painless day off of school!).

Hi again. I got your wonderful note. Thank you. It is dark now and I forgot how lonely it can be.
He finished the Potter book one week after we got it. He pretended to give me spoilers (”everybody died!”) and we laughed.
“wingnut” is the name of a computer game on my old iBook laptop that he was using while here. he loved the game, which was good since it rained 2/3 of the time he was here. He needed an e-mail pseudonym and within 4 hours he came up with Wingnut. It was/is apt.

I didn’t see anything funky about the eye infection BUT the eye patch was definitely my kind of funky.
I didn’t participate this week but hope you will visit mine next week — I have it all ready to post Friday!
