Before my daughter was born I remember telling anyone that was in earshot that I hoped my daughter would be interested in the same things like myself you know the outdoors, crafts, anything besides dolls.

“Fried” Green Tomatoes


Ok so these tomatoes weren’t fried they were baked however, they turned out crispy just like their fried cousins but without all those extra calories. My daughter loves these tomatoes, and they came straight out of the garden. I took a bite and found the outside coating crisp and flavorful and the inside was bursting with juices. It was truly delightful.

My daughter ate these very quickly.
