Today my Google Adsense has received seven clicks which brings my total for today $1.55, so far since Saturday I’ve made $4.22. I’m still learning and will be fiddling around with the ad color when I have the time.
Well its time for me to get back to my regular work.
My friend calls me up and asks whether I can watch her kids tomorrow. I’m thinking, “Yeah I sit home all day and pretend like I’m working!” I was also thinking about a million, and one thing I have to do. I told her yes! Pfft! Gah! Oh well my daughter is excited about hanging out with her playmates all day! Yeah all day long.
I’ll be up late tonight trying to get as much work completed as possible because that is obviously not going to be happening tomorrow! I cannot complain I look at my daughter and see how excited she is and that makes it worth it…almost. Ok, it’s worth it. 
I’ve known K for over eight years she’s called me a few times before to see if I could watch her children, but I wasn’t available this time I am, well sort of, so it’s the least I can do.

It’s been a busy day most of my work has been completed offline. My mentees graduated this morning. I attended the ceremony. Mary Pat Clark spoke at the graduation. She represents the 14th District on the Baltimore City Council. I had a chance to speak to her after the event and snap a picture of her with my mentee D and D’s mom.
Although I just saw my mentees last week, it seems as if they’ve grown so much. I’ll always consider them “my girls.” I was proud to see them receive their certificates. They’ll all be in six grade next year as they left the stage each of them stopped by to give me a hug and a “Thanks Ms. Opal!” That was the best gift I could receive from them.
