What’s on today’s menu?

I know we all have those days when we don’t want to make something? In situations like that what do you do?
Yesterday I made wontons. My daughter loves them. I haven’t had the chance to post the recipe to The Raw & The Cooked but I will. I also need to take pictures before she gobbles them up.
I love my smoothies. Yesterday I made an apple ginger smoothie. It was delicious. We drank most of that yesterday. Last evening Aiyana asked if I would make her another smoothie. “Mommy, would you please put a lot of bananas in it?”
I made the smoothie with apples and bananas. She loved it. I would tossed a few mangoes in there also but I have run out. Bah! After I leave the gym this morning. I’ll purchase some more.
What will I be making today? It will definitely be something simple.
I’m actually thinking of sushi?
Question: What are you making today’?

I love your smoothie ideas…I always look for the ones without bananas tho…teehee. I have been pretty lazy on the cooking lately…but tonight I will be making some coconut cookies…I think the recipe is from the Vegan Family Cookbook…I will have to look for it. Might be making some Sun Dried tomato and Fennel Seed Hummus tonight too…we have a potluck luck tomorrow and I will not have time to cook any casseroles or anything because I will be busy all day leading up to the potluck.
I added three entries last night…will have more today.
Have a great morning!

I answered some of your questions on my blog…the softball one is a little lengthy. I also posted a few little entries, too…check out the Einstein one…I wonder how you would respond to that. ;)

When I clicked on the Crokidile button above the Amazon.com add on the left…I got this: (just wanted to let you know)
Error 404 - Not Found
The page you were looking for doesn’t seem to be here anymore!
We may have moved or renamed it, or it might not have ever existed. Who knows? Certainly not us.
If it’s any help, try using the Search Box displayed. If that doesn’t help then I guess we’re all lost. Good Luck!

The smoothies sounds good, except the banana’s ewww. I think tonight on the menu around Casa De Sassy will be Tacos. If not hamburgers on the grill. That’s the bad thing about living in the south. It gets too hot and humid to cook or even eat. So since it’s warmed up, I haven’t been doing a lot of cooking.

Harmonia,
I’ll stop back later today. It’s a busy day here. I have a few teleconferences.
Sassy,
Ahh another banana hater, lol! You can replace it with a fruit you like. I would recommend a similar texture fruit (mangoes, pineapple, avocado, papaya, etc.,)
I visit the southern states twice each year. I’ll be in South Carolina this coming July. I cannot wait!

Enjoy your conferences! :) In the meantime…I am fiddling with my sidebar. haha

Harmonia,
They went very well. How well? I now have a few more projects. Uhmm yeah? I’ll let you know how excited I am about that when I get some time. Hee! Hee!
Sassy,
I swung by and commented. You and your family are in my thoughts & prayers.
Harmonia,
I saw the picture. I cannot wait to see more! (hint! hint!)
