Change of Plans

Posted on May 17th, 2007 in Personal by Vegan Momma

I didn’t work out at Bally’s like I wanted. Aiyana looked at me this morning and said. “Mommy, I don’t want you to go anywhere.” I want you to stay home and play with me. Of course I did. It’s been a tough few weeks for her with mommy’s schedule.

I’ve had a lot of work to complete besides I’ve added additional work onto my plate. It can be tough for a little one. All she wants to do is hang with mommy. We spent a lot of time outside today. I always enjoy hanging out with her and of course she gave me an excellent workout.

The Bally’s I frequent opens at 5:30. I’ll try to make it early tomorrow. I won’t stay long since I want to spend a good portion of the day hanging out with my favorite girl. You know it’s hard to believe that she will be four next Wednesday. The time has flown by so quickly.

just curious…when you go to workout where does the lil angel go? I know before you had mentioned when you worked in the corporate world that family members watched her…but I wasn’t sure if that was still the case…and that early in the morning! :) Just wondering…or does she go with you to the gym? ;)

Her grandparents (my parents.) Nothing has changed in that department if I ever move from the area and that possibility is high I’m in big trouble. :-)
Yes you can bring your children to the gym. They have something they call “Bally’s kids” basically a day care type thing. :-)

I thought they might have something like that there…that’s a good thing…but I am glad that you have great parents that are there with the two of you! Did you say that there is a high possibility of you moving from the area or them moving??? My parents have tossed around the idea of moving the the Carolina’s in the next 3 years…that will be weird.

Yes although I like Maryland I don’t see myself staying here. I’m thinking far north or way out west.

I love cold weather but I sure do love the wide open spaces that I’ve observed in some of the western states.
