This garlic gets taller than me. Ok that isn’t saying much since I’m only 5′. This particular garlic originated from India. I cannot remember what type it is? During the spring/summer I pick the leaves and toss it into salads & stir fries.

I had no idea that garlic bloomed in such a spectacular way. Great idea to open up your aperture, gives it that bit extra.
