Early Morning workout ~ 05/11/07
I’m planning on squeezing in an early morning workout today. I love working out in the early morning. Although crowded Bally’s becomes even more crowded as the day progresses.
I’m so thankful that I’m working from home and can usually choose the time I want to work out. When I worked out of the home I would try to be in the gym a little after 5:30 a.m. (that’s the time mine opens.)
I would have a quick workout and head on to work. That was never fun since I had to deal with the traffic on my way into work. Thankfully, my days of waiting in traffic are for th most part OVER!!!

That’s what I love about working from home! You can focus on making a nice breakfast full of goodness and still get to work before 7:30 am! :)
Glad working out has been good for you!

Hi, keep on with your workout. I have started going for walk in the mornings,4 times a day.It gives me more energy to deal with my blogs and paid posts.
I felt the urge to share with you this true story. I broke down halfway reading through the story.

I used to do morning exercises but recently I feel sick when I do that. So I do my exercises before I go to sleep.

When I was in college…gosh 9 years ago…I would commute 40 minutes to campus…get there by 6 and exercise for 3 or 4 hours. I wish I could do that now…heck…I wish I could do half that now…and start exercising by 6!!!

You are living the dream! Being able to control your time that way is the ultimate goal; I can’t wait to be there myself. I don’t know what your experience is, but I find that early morning workout is the best. It gets me out of bed and energizes me for the rest of the day. There’s also a big self confidence payoff that comes from that kind of discipline. Keep it up!

Jon,
I enjoy it immensely and if I can help it i won’t work for someone else again. If I do it will be on my terms.
Vedis Teh,
Workouts have always been part of my life. I’ll check out the story.
chase,
Did anything change? Eating, Stress, Sleep, etc, those might be a factor.
Harmonia,
I love my workouts! I don’t stay in the gym as long. I find I can do everything by just working out with no breaks.
Mark,
Thanks for stopping by!
I’ve always been disciplined. I’ve done all but the morning really sets me on the path to achieve magnificent things throughout my day. It’s the ultimate fix.
