Opportunity…
Yesterday while I was talking to a friend she mentioned an opportunity that could take my business to the next level.
The opportunity would move my business (NJ) to a physical location. I work out of the home. It would also mean that eventually I would have to hire & train a few people who are truly passionate about natural beauty products/jewelry making.
Hiring someone is going to take some time. Actually I’m looking for someone like that right now. I demand a lot of myself and I expect a similar drive from those that work with me. However I’ve always rewarded people for their efforts, both monetarily & through feedback.
It’s a huge step and it is coming a few years earlier than I had anticipated but I’m definitely going to give it some serious thought.

Oooo! Jewelry making! That’s sounds like fun, seriously it does!
I remember when I was at my uncled farm and we went to his neighbor and she had an Amethyst quarry and she made her own jewelery and sold it. She showed me how she made it and I was fascinated.

I could totally lose myself in the process. If wasn’t a mom I could easily go days without doing anything else. I’ve done it before. Amethyst is my favorite stone. I have rough and polished pieces throughout my house.
