Vegan Momma

Mentoring went well. The girls loved their guest speaker. I used to work with her last year. She’s a financial adviser. I asked her to come in and talk to our girls about the importance of investing. It’s never too young to start.

There’s one girl in our group that has had to grow up a lot faster than the other girls. She wasn’t there today. In fact she missed most of school last week and it wasn’t because she was sick. This has happened a few times. In total she’s missed over three weeks of school.

I’m concerned & I’m hoping she is ok. She has a lot of responsibilities on her young shoulders some issues she should not be dealing with until she’s an adult. It’s tough and I understand why she’s so angry at times.
