More website changes
I’ve set a few goals for myself and I do believe I have a good chance of achieving them. I do have long-term goals for this website. I have visions of what I would like to see this website become but it’s going to take a lot of work to get there.
Those aspirations tie directly into my desire to open, or be a part of, a non -profit organization that helps people reclaim their health, empower their minds, liberate their souls.
Later this month I’ll be speaking on food politics at an event in Maryland. I’m really excited about the opportunity and trying to narrow down what I want to say. There is so much I can say on the topic.
School is going well. I plant to be finished my Masters at the end 2008 or at the beginning of 2009. I’ll be moving forward into the PhD program. I’ll be receiving my Masters and PhD in Naturopathy. I’m still maintaining an A+ average. I’m very happy about that.
I do believe going back to pick up these degrees will prove to be extremely beneficial in achieving my long-term goals

Thanks Jon,
My parents always told me to aim high & turn your dreams into a reality. At times it’s a lot of work but I enjoy the entire process. I’m instilling those same values with my daughter.

Very impressive. :) I don’t every envision returning to school but glad for what little education I have received, though roughly scattered. I was never a good student or at least never found an environment to thrive in. Your discipline and focus is admirable and inspiring.

Beth Ellen,
To be honest I disliked school. I learned more on my own which is what I’m doing with my degrees. I’m attaining them through distance learning. I’m seeing more universities offering that these days.
I’ve always been interested in naturopathy/herbology so that is one of the reasons, I strongly believe, that this isn’t boring to me. Also I’m passionate about alternative healing/herbology and read everything that I can get my hands on in regards to the subject. With my courses I’m constantly being challenged. I love that.
MacBros,
I’ll definitely keep doing that. :-)

Diane,
Thanks! I really enjoy talking about it but I rarely blog about it. Sometime this week I’ll add a disclaimer to my website and chat about the different treatments I use. I’ll also include a link to the disclaimer in each post. ;-)
Harmonia,
Thanks! I’m pretty happy about that.
