Apple TVYesterday morning while I was checking out Apple’s hot news I saw that YouTube will be available on AppleTV.

I haven’t bought an Apple TV & I probably won’t. However, I have been thinking about purchasing the Mac Mini. I think it would be a great addition to for a mini media center.

Halo 3

Good news, I’ll be seeing my brother this weekend! He’ll be traveling to Pennsylvania tomorrow with his job. He’s a vice-president for a leading insurance company. Once his meeting is over he’ll be coming to Maryland for the weekend. The last time I talked to him he made a point of telling me that he hadn’t played any of his Play Station games in a while.

Play with me always mommy!

My daughter playing with the water hose

So I didn’t get to play Halo 3 Beta last evening. Is anyone surprised about that? I know I’m not. Lately, the “me things” I want to do (you know the ones that don’t involve work) are getting pushed to the side because I have too much work to do! Gah!!!

Alexa Ranking has dropped again

Posted on May 31st, 2007 in Alexa Ranking by Vegan Momma

I noticed last evening my Alexa Ranking for Vegan Momma had dropped from 204,202 to 183,487.

The Raw & The Cooked has dropped from 926,917 —>788,612
The Raw Review has dropped from   991,603 —-> 852,863

I still think Alexa Ranking is inaccurate and I don’t understand why some advertisers place such an emphasis on it, but I’ll take the drop.

The good news is that my statistics have really taken off I’ve received more traffic at Vegan Momma for the month of May than any other month. My blog, Vegan Momma, has been around since February 2005. The website has been around a little longer.

Ok so I didn’t make the veggie burgers

Black Eyed Peas

I started to, but I made the mistake of letting Aiyana sample the freshly pureed batter. She loved it so much that I didn’t have a chance to form it into patties. It does make an excellent dip so she had that as a “side dish.” What beans did I use? Black beans and black eyed peas.

I have much leftover batter so I’ll use that to stuff tomatoes and red & yellow bell peppers. That sure will be colorful. I bet it would be delicious in an hollowed out eggplant then put into the oven to bake. If I want a creamy topping I would make a cashew nut sauce. Or you could make burritos with this filling the choices, for me, are seemingly endless.
