Flat bread ~ Raw

Raw Flat Bread Sandwich

Raw Flatbread Sandwich

I’m not much of a bread eater but I made a delightful flatbread, a few days ago, in my dehydrator. I sampled this “flatbread” a few moments ago. I had prepared a quick snack. It’s delicious. I had already taken a big bite out of my sandwich before I thought about taking a picture. :-) What’s the bread made out of? I blogged about it here.

What’s did I stuff it with? Romaine lettuce, carrots, onions, and tomatoes, & banana peppers. The only thing you can really see are the greens. :-) I used a lot. I call it “salad in a sandwich”. :-) I’ll be making more raw chips and raw flatbreads within the next few days. I’ll be sure to measure and post a recipe. I’ve been making meals since I was around four years old. I haven’t followed a recipe in years. I just put together what I feel will go together. I’ve had many years to practice so I rarely make mistakes.

Wake up Black America

I just discovered WUBA’s blog yesterday. He lives in my state, Maryland.

Don Imus is FIRED! The race pimps strike again.

04-12-2007

This is just great. Don Imus was fired today by CBS radio. Apparently CBS President and Chief Executive Officer Leslie Moonves got intimidated by two black race extortionists. Just when our country was at the point of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson’s irrelevance existance in our country was almost at an end, now they have been renewed with a new false sense of empowerment thanks to three stupid words “nappy headed hoes”. When will whites in America realize that Sharpton and Jackson are nothing but con-men? Their only existence is to extort as much money from oversensitive whites and corporations that are afraid of falsely being labeled “racist” if they don’t bow to their alter. <Wake Up Black America>

The road that leads to our yard used to be covered in cement. I called a contractor and had the road repaved in blacktop. Sure I could have done it myself but it’s a messy process. :-) I kept this piece. I usually plant herbs around it.

We were in Washington, D.C last evening. A good friend asked me for a ride. She was unsure how the parking would be in the area she need to go. She asked if I could come along. Part of me didn’t want to go. I had a lot of work to do but I told her yes. She is a wonderful person. I love her. I couldn’t tell her no besides I could do that work when I arrived back home.
