Ever had one of these workouts?
When you’re completely wiped out at the end of the session? My workouts are always intense but occasionally I get that feeling. I had it today. What did I do? Intense cardio routine. I was on the extreme trainer. I ran fast the entire time. I never use the bars for stability. I like to simulate being outdoors and running as much as possible. Did I sweat? Yes. Buckets.
