I met one of the band members of Rain the Shining in 2003. Yes they’re local in Maryland. I was looking for someone to create my business website. Well I found it in Ryan (vocals) he did a fabulous job. Not only did I think he did a fabulous job as a web designer. He was nice & and all around great guy and (I thought) verrrryyy cute!
