Greens!

My daughter loves her greens. Today I made a dish with collards, black beans, yellow onion, and tomatoes. She loved it. Aiyana really loves her stainless steel bottle that I purchased from Green Feet and uses it daily. She also loves the stainless steel straws I purchased.

My girls (that’s what I call the girls I volunteer for) were shocked when I told them I bought an xbox 360 this past Friday.

N: “No you didn’t!”
Me: Yes I did. (smiling)
N: Ok, tell me games you have (still not believing me)
Me: Hmm, I only have one xbox 360 game (Oblivion) but I have around 50 xbox games. Yes I have the original xbox. Let’s see some of the games I bought for that system are Halo, Dead or Alive, Silent Hill, Morrowind, Max Payne, The Sims, Hunter: The Reckoning, Oddworld: Munch’s Odyessy, …
N: Looks at me incredulously
Me: Oh! So you’re shocked that this old fart got games, eh? ;-)
