Ok due to the amount of weird stuff I’m experiencing with this cleanse. I’m going to start documenting what’s happening a few times each week.

Sauna Chatter

Posted on February 28th, 2007 in Personal by Vegan Momma

It felt great relaxing in the sauna. There was a chatty bunch in the sauna yesterday. One man started talking to me. His name was L. He chatted about tearing his ACL. It kept him out of work for almost 9 months. He told me about being in a cast for three weeks (at which time they took it off.) He promptly tore it walking down the stairs. This time they kept it on for three months and his doctor told him not to move around.

Yeah my order arrived!

Green Feet

Yeah! My order from Green Feet arrived a day early while I was at the gym this morning. What had I ordered stainless steel drinking bottles. Their drinking bottles are made by Klean Kanteen. I’ve heard great reviews about KK for years. I copied & pasted the test results below.

Just one of those times…

I want my potty

Ever had times when you just don’t feel like eating? Well that’s what’s been going on for the past few weeks. However I have been drinking my meals. I’ve been making smoothies & juices. My body seems to be craving them a lot! The greener the better. Over the years I’ve become fairly good at listening to my body. Anyway it’s a great way to give your body a much needed rest from the food it digests. The liquids (especially the juices) are a lot easier for the body to assimilate than solids.

Guess what? I lost about three pounds. I wasn’t trying. I rarely weigh myself. How do I know? Aiyana asked me to step on the scale so she could see how much I weighed. I’m 5′ and weigh 104. I’m fairly muscular.

TMI (Too much info) right around the corner.

Outdoor workouts

I prefer outdoor workouts. I mentioned that, in my post yesterday, on Cham’s blog. One of thing I admire most about Cham is that she always active. What’s the saying, A body in motion tends to stay in motion? She’s doing things, such as hiking, that I used to do quite often. I put them on hold after my daughter arrive. I found it frustrating since although not a valid reason it has been truly frustrating.
