Vegan Momma

So we had “the talk” with out girls today. Nope not the sex talk but the talk about listening. There are a few in our group who have a hard time listening forgotten their home training ;-) It can be a challenge, at times, to get a few of them to pay attention. I totally get were they are coming from. They’ve been in school all day and although they like our sessions they have to listen at times. Uggh! ;-) I feel our session today went well. I was leading the group today. I encouraged them to be honest with us. Our session, as always, ended on a positive note.

Agave Nectar - 1 gallon

I’m a savory woman and can do without sweets. I do however love fruit but given a choice I’ll usually reach for savory vegetables. Aiyana, my daughter, loves sweets (not junk food sweets she turns her nose up them.) Aiyana prefers fruits or sweets made from fruit. I have a dehydrator which occasionally receives a lot of attention. I make all sorts of sweet treats for her such as fruit roll ups, raw fudge brownies, banana cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, etc.,
