This is one of the gourds that came out of our garden. Aiyana and I will be making a birds nest with this one. I told her she can paint it as well. She’s looking forward to this project.

Earlier this week I made something similar for my daughter however that was lightly sauteed. I prepared this meal earlier today. It was my raw dish.

Lock Creation

In a few hours my I’ll be saying goodbye to my natural loose hair. I’m going back to loc’s aka dreadlocks. I’ve really missed them. Why did I take them out? I lost hair shortly after Aiyana was born. I had my hair loc’d and shortly afterwards my hair started growing back. I thought it looked odd seeing hair growing under my loc’s so I cut my hair less than an inch. I’ve never had a problem cutting my hair.

Chopped vegetables that getting ready to be sauteed

Yesterday morning I sauteed green beans, mushrooms, yellow onions, garlic, and kale. I sauteed them for about five minutes. I added the kale at the end. My daughter loved this dish and the rest I took to work for a coworker. His wife injured her leg and has to stay off her foot. She’s unable to prepare meals as she normally does so I’ve been occasionally bringing in meals for her. She’s vegetarian.
