My daughter loves broccoli and mushrooms. I prepared this meal for her last evening. I started making my own “vegan sausage” several months ago. That served as the base for this dish. I then added  portobella mushrooms, onions, broccoli, Cashews, squash (fresh from the garden), carrots, and garlic. The vegetables were lightly steamed. I gave Aiyana a small bowl and she pronounced it “yummy”.
