I’m so excited!

I receive weekly updates from my school, Clayton College of Natural Health, I really enjoy them. Do you know what I received today? Why an invite to a teleconference. Dr. Elson Haas will be conducting a teleconference on Oct. 11th! I really like Dr. Haas he has several books. He’s a medical doctor who happens to be extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. I have to read his book, Staying Healthy with Nutrition, as one of my prerequisites. I’m so excited. I do have a problem.

What Aiyana ate today

This past Wednesday I made another pot of beans (pinto) for my daughter. I put two cups aside and stored in the refrigerator. The rest I stored in the freezer. This morning I decided to make her a spicy bean dish.
