The secret, in my opinion, really isn’t a secret but it seems lost too many. In some ways it reminds me of health and nutrition. What we do greatly affects every aspect of our being. If we focus on negativity why are we surprised when that is what comes back on us?
A few hours ago I made a banana strawberry smoothie. Aiyana loved it. It had a shake consistency. It was creamy and very delicious. I’ve included the recipe below.
Clayton College normally has there Natural Health conference during Earth Day weekend. I’m thinking about attending next year. It will April 19 -23. It’s a great chance to meet the professors and it looks like this will be the first time that I’ll be away from my daughter. I’ll be booking my hotel accomodations in a few weeks.
In addition to completing the required course curriculum one of the requirements for receiving your Doctorate of Philosophy in Traditional Naturopathy is that you must write a dissertation. At the moment it seems a long way off but I know the time will fly by very quickly. In preparation for my dissertation I’ll have to complete the following four courses.
I already have a good idea what my dissertation will be about. I’ve been actively researching it for a few years. Part of me always knew I would eventually acquire a Ph.D. Did I mention I used to work in Research? That was about 10 years ago. I loved & hated it. Depending on what you are researching it can get very politcal. I probably would have stayed within that department if the grant did not come to an end.
