What I’m eating today
This week I’m attending an advanced training for Dreamweaver 8. During our lunch break my instructor told me about a software package that he has been using, Joomla, for his website. I’m really impressed and was happy to see that it is offered with my hosting provider Lunar Pages. It’s a free open-source software package. I cannot wait to try it out. During our break most of the students are going out to eat but I prefer my food over restaurant food. I know it’s healthier (at least the way I make it) and I simply enjoy preparing my own meals.
What did I bring?
Multi Fruit Smoothie
3 ripe Mangoes, chopped
2 Peaches, chopped
1 Cucumber, chopped
32 ounces of coconut water or regular water
*This was sweet enough for my daughter and myself but if you like it very sweet add a natural sweetner>/i>
1. Add ingredients to blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Enjoy!
Fruit
2 cups of grapes
Vegetables
21cup of gazpacho
I made the Gazpacho last evening. The ingredients were fresh and they all came from my garden. We have been blessed with an abundance of rain so the garden is really showing it’s appreciation. I planted watermelon in April. There are now 24 of those yummy melons in the garden. I picked 4 gallons of cucumbers yesterday and 1 gallon of tomatoes. This past weekend I picked one gallon of blackberries. I’m enjoying the fresh produce from garden.

Lori,
I definitely have not forgotten about you. You are one of the most positive & sweetest spirits I’ve met on the net.
I ordered the DVD a few minutes ago. Thanks for the reminder email.
I definitely agree with the message. The way you view yourself and the world around you will affect your life. It’s up to you to have a positve or negative experience. It’s a very important lesson that we all need to learn. Thanks for the reminder email. I’m ordering the DVD. It’s always nice to have gentle reminders.
Blessings!
