Raw Fitness & Cameras
I recently happened upon an online discussion group that is dedicated to raw athletes. I really enjoy it. It’s nice to see other raw athletes who share my desire for overall health. Nutrition is only once piece of the puzzle, exercise, and having a positive outlook on life are very important also.
Years ago I stopped trying to fit into the westernized mold when it came to my health. When I made the transition to all raw foods I followed the same principle. I learned from my research that many averaged size people lost weight when they transitioned to an all raw lifestyle. They even conducted a “thin but healthy” study on raw foodist. I found it mildy interesting.
