Raw cacao nibs

Anyway back to cacao. I’ve never had a love affair with chocolate but I decided to check out the raw (cacao) variety. I have heard many mention the bitter taste of eating plain raw cacao nibs. Curiosity got the best of me so of course I ate a small nib yesterday. I didn’t find it to be bitter then again I do consume foods that many consider bitter in my daily regimen. Well guess what you can easily sweeten it by adding a natural sweetner to your raw cocoa.
