Raw Strawberry, Kiwi, & Blueberry Pudding

I made this for our breakfast. The kiwi toned down the sweetness of the strawberries and blueberries. It added a welcome tartness. My daughter loved it.

I rarely follow recipes or use meausrements when I’m in the kitchen. There are numerous occasions when I don’t know what I’m going to make when I start to prepare a meal. I just make what seems appealing.

Big Green Salad

Big Green Salad

I made this last evening. I had been craving a nice big green salad. I usually eat one daily but somehow had missed them the past few days. This definitely hit the spot. I rarely use salad dressing. I really enjoy the delicate and sometimes intense flavors from various vegetables. I picked the greens and leeks from my garden.
Nothing beats a freshly picked salad.
