New Mommie
I passed the adoption process.
I’ll be a new mommie, to a ferret, later today. I decided to adopt an older ferret. I will be visiting the shelter around 5:00 this afternoon. I’m looking forward to the visit. I felt like I bonded with the director through our emails. I’m looking forward to meeting her.
I had to answer a long list of questions that tested my knowledge of ferrets. Barb bases her decision on your answers. When it comes to anything I’m interested in I do a lot of research. I’m not one to make rash decisions. I have learned a lot from my readings I know nothing will really prepare me until I actually meet my new furry ferret.
Aiyana will be hanging out with grandmommy while I pick up the ferret. I have a feeling she would want to be holding it all the way home. :-)
