Banaberry Pudding

Fruit

I love fruit!

A few hours ago my daughter asked for something sweet. I made this for her, Raw Banaberry Pudding. It took less than ten minutes to make. I have always loved preparing dishes that were delicious, nutritious, and ready in minutes. That definitely hasn’t changed since I made the transition to all raw foods.

I’m in love with my food processor. I used it to make this recipe. It is quick, efficient, and so quiet! I have included the recipe below.

Our boss decided to let us leave work early since we had to be at our annual celebration last evening.

You know what was waiting for me when I arrived home? My food processor! whee! Hmm, what should I make first. For several years my two hands have done the processing of a large variety of fruits and vegetables. I must say I became very efficient. Hmm, it will fill weird having the processor do this part of the job.

We are almost out of veggie chips so I need to make more of those and I’m thinking of making some type of cookie.

Last Nights Event

It was nice but I was happy to get home. I wasn’t away from Aiyana all day. I went home for about 30 minutes and turned around and headed to the event. The company that catered the event did an excellent job. There was a large spread of fresh vegetables and fruit. I did not eat too much. I noticed the more I worked on cleansing myself internally (cleansing foods, colonics, flax seeds, apple cider vinegar, etc.) the better I was able to absorb food which meant I did not need as much to eat, pretty cool huh?
