Portobello Burger update
Ok this was unbelievably delicious! I dehydrated the portobello mushrooms overnight at 105 F. A few minutes ago I ate my yum-a-licious raw burger. It was delicious and I savored each bite. Of course I chewed thoroughly. ;-)
Aiyana enjoyed nibbling on a marinated mushroom cap. She declared it “yummyâ€. Although this was heavenly, it was not as flavorful as freshly harvested mushrooms. Have you ever had freshly harvested mushrooms? If you haven’t let me tell you they are very good! Oh the flavor that they have. MMM. yummy! I’m going to order additional mushroom spawn in a few weeks so I can harvest my own mushrooms.
I took a few pictures before I ate my Raw Portobello Burger. I will post the pictures when I get home this evening. This is a definite keeper! I’ll definitely make these again.
