Raw Tuesday ~ What did I eat today?

This morning I went out to the garden and picked kale, collards, lettuce, wild dandelion, fennel, and green onion (sound familiar)? I added garlic and ginger to this mix and juiced about 16 ounces. I had leftovers so I made a delicious green salad it was delicious. I added freshly ground garlic, pepitas, and sunflower seeds. It was delicious. I packed blueberries, chopped apple, and sunflower seeds (about 2 cups) into a small bowl.
It’s simple, quick, and delicious.

Chips

Guess what I put in my dehydrator last last evening? Zucchini chips!

Zucchini

I made a simple marinade.

Marinade
Add chips to a bowl
Cover the chips with water
add 1 tsp of celtic sea salt
Set aside for a few hours
Remove from marinade
Shake off excess water

Savory Zucchini Chips
Recipe
Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch “chips”.
Arrange on dehydrator tray
Dry the chips in a food dehydrator until crisp.
- I dehydrated at 105 degrees

I made a tray of zucchini chips this this past weekend. My daughter and I loved them.
