Did you know there is a Raw Foods magazine? It is called Living Nutrition. It’s published every six months. I’m thinking of purchasing their current magazine as well as older issues.
Vita Mix 3600 Plus
Yesterday I won a VitaMix 3600 Plus for $151. I bidded for it on Ebay. The tamper and orginal booklet are included. I had been thinking of purchasing one for quite a while but I held off jsut because I had the money to spend on it I did not want to purchase it until I could justify it. I’m very frugal and love to save & invest my money. My current blender, which I love dearly, has been showing signs of not being able to blend some of the harder vegetables that I try to homogenize (the motor starts whining) so I felt it was time to be replaced. I’ll still use it for when I’m away fro the house for a few days.
