Wow! That was quick!
I ordered 9 teflex sheets for my 9 tray Excalibur dehydrator.

They arrived today. I just placed the order this past Monday. I’m trying to think what I want to make. I’m thinking of making some type of raw cookies. Aiyana loves those. Guess what? She’s sleeping! I’m not sure what to do. I have work to do but at the same time I want to sit back and just RELAX. This week has been extremely busy. I better listen to my body and take it easy this evening.

What did I bring to work today?

Ingredients
1 ripe pineapple
1 bunch of grapes
4 carrots

This past weekend I had picked the collards and kale and made a nice big salad. I forgot I had leftovers. This was perfect since it meant I did not have to pick anything from the garden this morning.
