Mango, banana, and coconut smoothie
I made this a few hours ago although it was delicious! My stomach did not agree with it. Hmm, I’m thinking I combined the wrong items with this smoothie? I had cramps after drinking it. I had bentonite clay on hand so I took one tablespoon of bentonite clay. The cramping was gone in less than five minutes. BC is great and effectively draws out toxins from your body. It can be used internally and externally. Although I could not drink it my family/friends sucked it down with no problem, harrumphh!

I could do the mango and coconut, but I’m allergic to bananas! Suzie’s Soba has the most AWESOME mango sorbet!

@Teddy,
I popped by and will comment later today. My daughter and I are making our trek to Whole Foods Market in a few minutes. I’m out of Bentonite Clay and flax seeds. I need to pick up some more fruit. I think I will do my juice cleanse for two weeks. I’m loving the results.
You should be added to my main website link page. http://www.veganmomma.com/vegan_blogs.htm
@Jon
You should try the mango and coconut that is divine. I have heard of Suzie’s Soba, perhaps one day I will check it out. :-)
