Mango, banana, and coconut smoothie

I made this a few hours ago although it was delicious! My stomach did not agree with it. Hmm, I’m thinking I combined the wrong items with this smoothie? I had cramps after drinking it. I had bentonite clay on hand so I took one tablespoon of bentonite clay. The cramping was gone in less than five minutes.

I should be receiving Monsoon Wedding from Netflix today. I have a three day weekend. I’m looking forward to watching it. I’m loving the costumes. Hanuman have you seen it? Has anyone seen it?

Cantaloupe Smoothie

Today I am sipping on a cantaloupe smoothie.


Ingredients
1 ripe cantaloupe cubed
1 cup of herbal tea, juice, or water
* 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses, optional
* 1 tbsp agave nectar, optional

Add your liquid to the blender.
Slowly add the cantalope. I used the seeds also. They are loaded with nutrients.
Add molasses and agave nectar

You can also make fruit pops/bars just stick into a freezer for about four hours and you have a yummy treat. My daughter loves them.

I am green and it’ll do fine, it’s beautiful!

Kale

My juice cleanse is going very well. What is my green drink for today?
This morning I picked handfuls of collards and kale, 4 fennel fronds, 3 green onion stalks, and 2 romaine lettuce leaves. I added 4” ginger and 4 cloves of garlic. I am fascinated to see how my tastes have changed. This drink is no longer bitter and I can pick up so many different flavors. I also made a cantaloupe smoothie. I’ll add the recipe in another post.
