Cleansing update
I usually ease into my juice cleanses with a smoothie in the morning. Today I was racing out of the house and forgot to do that so I bought a raw salad for lunch. It had wild dandelion greens, kale, collards, and red onions. The dressing was freshly ground peppercorn and a water based dressing. There is a cool restaurant, Koffee Therapy, not to far from where I work that makes everything fresh.
