Quick Colonics update
My colonics appointment this past Thursday went very well. I’m currently writing a lengthy post about my experience. I should have it posted by Wednesday. :-)
Happy Birthday Aiyana!
My daughter had a fabulous birthday. I did not throw a party we just spent our time at home. We spent our time outdoors, enjoyed family, and just being with each other.
Yesterday we were up early like normal and headed out to the store a little after 7:00. Have you ever wondered into the toy aisles in department stores? I tell you it’s truly amazing all the stuff you can buy for kids.
I looked at the Dora Explore with Me Trikeâ„¢. I even put it in our shopping cart but something told me to “put it back”.

I posted the recipe here and I’ve finally had a chance to upload pictures from the past few weeks.
I have a four-day-weekend. I took off Friday and this coming Monday being online is the last thing on my mind! My daughter and I are making the most of the time we have together. Did I mention today Aiyana is three years old? Happy Birthday Aiyana!
