Colonics
Well Folks,
Ill be receiving my colonics tomorrow after work. The procedure lasts about 45 minutes.
My food cleanse is going very well. This is the deepest food cleanse I’ve been on. I’ve been drinking my 20 - 32 oz of my bitter herbal teas throughout the day, along with my water. I’ve been eating mainly raw fruits (acidic/citrus) and raw vegetables (mainly the green leafy beauties) throughout my cleansing.
This cleanse has made me realize how much fecal material can be in one’s system even if you go after every meal, which I do. I’m amazed at the stuff that is coming out me. I’m looking forward to my appointment tomorrow evening. What a great way to kick off my four-day-weekend, eh?
