My lunchbag

I bought this lunch bag at Target several months ago. They had smaller lunch bags but I opted for this one since it is a durable. I need this since I use glass containers for my food. The outside is made of canvas and it has an insulated liner. Do you know what? It’s washable! It features a side compartment where I can store my utensils and napkins.

quinoa and brown rice

Quinoa, brown rice, tomatoes, yellow onion, and freshly picked collards

We had the leftover quinoa and brown rice last Monday. Frugal Veggie Momma calls it “recycled food”. I like that. :-)

vegan cuisine

WHen I arrived hom from work last Monday. I picked collard greens from the garden. I added sprouts from my indoor sprout garden. The food was delicious! My daughter ate two bowls. :-)
