Soapmaking

I really love the entire process of soapmaking. I give a lot away to my family & friends. They are always eager to take it off my hands. “When are you making soap again, VM?” I hear this a lot. I guess I have spoiled them. They don’t want to go back to store bought soap, bah! ;-)

Cleansing Update

My coworker said, You didn’t bring in juice today I told him I didn’t have time this morning. I mentioned that I was doing an internal cleanse. He asked, aren’t you always cleansing? What he says is true. My meals mainly consist of whole foods and they many are very cleansing to the system. I answered, Yes I am but I’m doing a deep cleanse this week.  He said, Oh those are good!

Polenta

This past Saturday I made polenta. I served it to Aiyana. She took a small bite and rapidly ate the rest and asked for more. I had plenty of leftovers. I stored in my pyrex dish and served it to her this morning. She told me it tasted even better today. I have include the ingredients.
