Beans and veggies
I made a delicious dish last evening that had broccoli, cauliflower, portabella mushrooms, turtle beans, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, and coriander. I added the vegetables to the skillet for about a minute. This dish was exploding with flavor.
I’m straying away from overly cooked vegetables these days and savoring the flavors of the fresh vegetables. My taste are changing.
Of course I took pictures! Finding the time to post them has been challenging.
