Healing Foods

Yesterday I made a dish with Brussels sprouts, red bell pepper, red onions, baby spinach, and ginger. I made the sauce with aged ginger tea and freshly ground raw cashews. I brought the leftovers in for lunch. One of my coworkers told me it took him back to when he lived in California 15 years ago. He called it “a very intuitive dish”. My mission yesterday was to create a dish that focused on cleansing/healing. This past week I have been focusing on foods that are healing for the body. I do that a few times each month. I am continuing on my healing quest this coming week.

I was pleased to see the local Giant food store is now expanding to include a lot of organic and raw seeds/nuts. I loaded up on baby spinach, beets, Brussels sprouts, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, habanera pepper, ginger, and garlic.

Purchasing an Apple

I decided to purchase the Powerbook G4 17″ notebook.. What has kept me from purchasing an Apple is that you aren’t able to build your own computer. I really enjoy doing that. I get exactly what I want.

I looked at the MacBook Pro but they don’t have it in 17″. I think it will be available in June. I need it now.

Saturday evening I took my cousin A to see the movie Boys of Baraka. Two of the students Montrey and Devon were available after the movie. They had a question & answer forum for about 40 minutes after the movie.
