Healing Foods
Yesterday I made a dish with Brussels sprouts, red bell pepper, red onions, baby spinach, and ginger. I made the sauce with aged ginger tea and freshly ground raw cashews. I brought the leftovers in for lunch. One of my coworkers told me it took him back to when he lived in California 15 years ago. He called it “a very intuitive dishâ€. My mission yesterday was to create a dish that focused on cleansing/healing. This past week I have been focusing on foods that are healing for the body. I do that a few times each month. I am continuing on my healing quest this coming week.
I was pleased to see the local Giant food store is now expanding to include a lot of organic and raw seeds/nuts. I loaded up on baby spinach, beets, Brussels sprouts, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, habanera pepper, ginger, and garlic.
