The Boys of Baraka

Last week my boss took us out to see this movie.

The movie was riveting and my heart went out to those children as well as the many out there who are crying out for attention.

Two of the Baraka boys, Devon Brown and Montrey Moore, will appear at the Charles Theater this Thursday, Friday and Saturday, after the 7:30 p.m. screenings. The movie won the NAACP Image prize Saturday for Outstanding Independent or Foreign Film. The Image awards ceremony will be telecast Friday on Fox (WBFF, Channel 45).

I had a fabulous workout this morning. You know even thought it is the early am when I arrive at Bally’s it is still fairly crowded. I do my cardio in the morning. I usuaally rotate between the cross trainer, elliptical, and treadmill. I shower and head on into work.
I am upping my caloric intake. I don’t want to lose any weight!

Work is going well and it is keeping me extremely busy.
