Online Bill Pay

Anyone use online Bill Pay? I love the convenience and use it for the majority of my bills. I even used it for my hosting provider Lunarpages the odd thing is they returned my check without cashing it last week. I’m still trying to figure that one out of course this made it appear that I had not paid so my account was suspended this past Monday. I finally got a chance to talk to billing on the phone today and paid via check card. It’s so hard for me to chat with anyone on the phone these days. I made the call at work.

In other news, Mr. B, my brother’s dog is in town for two weeks. He is really happy to hang out with his auntie, Vegan Momma, and his cousin, Aiyana.

Vegan Paella

This weekend I have decided to make paella of course it will be Vegan.
I’m actually looking forward to preparing this dish and am thinking of interesting spices and vegetables I can toss into it.
Work is extremely busy my weekends are full. Of course I’m spending the majority of my time with my daughter, Aiyana but I’m rewriting my business plan for my small business. I’m attending seminars and doing a lot more networking and reading a variety of sources on reading. I have numerous ideas that I want to add to my business within the short and long-term and am eagerly waiting to get them underway.

Sit right here! Aiyana told me this morning. You’re not going anywhere, stay here! I gave her a huge hug and kiss and said, “As much as I would love to stay and hang out with you mommy has to go to work.” “I promise to hang out with you when I get home tonight, ok” “Ok mommy, Ok!” Aiyana said smiling happily.

I finally joined Netflix! I blogged about it before but never got around to signing up. I mainly joined for my daughter. Aiyana loves Dora instead of purchasing everything Dora I thought it might be wiser to rent instead of buying all those DVD’s.

Here are a few dishes I made last week. I have started taking some of the leftovers in to my job.My food does not last. My coworkers comment about the freshness of the vegetables. I tell them I add them at the last minute. I never liked overcooked vegetables. I love color and hate seeing the cooked to the point that the color is removed from them.
