A few dishes…
I soaked one pound of garbanzo beans and cooked them this past weekend. I added yellow onion, tomatoes, ginger, cinnamon, and of course garnbanzo beans to this dish. The vegetables were added when I was getting ready to serve the dish. They were crisp and not cooked. I don’t cook to many of my vegetables these days. My daughter loved it. It was packed in her lunch this past Monday. My father told me she gobbled it up. I think he sampled it as well.
Ponderings…
The past several months I have been thinking about my blog and how I want to shift gears. There are times when I am not doing a lot of ‘talking’ at least not the talking I would like to do. I love writing about food and I am sure I will always enjoy preparing it but I wan to include a lot more. Over the past months I have gradually added posts about other topics but for me it’s not enough. I want to include more. How am I going to go about making a change to my blog? Of course I will still post about food that is a part of whom I am but I will include more.
