Grocery Shopping

We went to Whole Foods Market this morning. My father joined my daughter and me. He has never been there. I mainly went there to purchase flax seeds and Bentonite clay. They don’t sell either at the regular grocery stores. Why do I use clay? I incorporate it into my internal cleansing routine. My grandmother used to use clay as well. I learned a lot about herbs and natural healing from her.

Habitat for Humanity

Have you heard of Habitat for Humanity They are a nonprofit Christian organization that builds decent homes for low-income families.

In a few months I will be volunteering my time to help build houses for families in need. If I’m allowed I will be sure to take ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures of the house. You can check out their fact sheet here.
Did you know that by the end of 2005, more than 1 million people worldwide will live in decent, affordable Habitat for Humanity houses?
