What I made for my guests

Red cabbage + raw

I made this dish a few days ago. I love eating cabbage, especially red cabbage raw. This cabbage was incredibly sweet. I added finely chopped red cabbage, raisins, sweet onions, almonds, and grated carrots to this dish. I ate it plain and served in nori wraps. My daughter ate it and pronunced it ‘yummy’!
