I made this for Aiyana last weekend. I made the crust out of pureed lentils, freshly ground oat, and rice flour. I added garlic, and numerous spices to the dough. You could have eaten the dough by itself. It was a hit and my daughter and a friend who stopped by gobbled it up.
I pulled my breadmachine out to make the pizza dough. In the above picture you can see that Aiyana was helping me. I don’t use the breadmachine often so I normally keep it in the basement. It also makes cakes, jams, and of course bread.
My daughter wants pizza this afternoon. I am making the pizza crust with brown rice. I will add tomatoes, olives, red cabbage, onions, and garlic as toppings.
I will be making homemade tofu later today. I will post how I make tofu. I rarely eat it but my daughter loves it. Aiyana asks for it a few times monthly. I try to have freshly made tofu on hand. It tastes a lot better than the store bought variety. I occasionally flavor the tofu while making it.
My seeds are starting to sprout. They started last evening. I will take pictures later today when they have developed longer tails.
