Tofu Scramble

The tofu is homemade. It tastes a lot better than store bought tofu. We don’t eat tofu often but my daughter the night before, “Mom make tofu scramble, please!!!” So I made it the following morning. I marinate the tofu overnight. I imagine that is why she asked me the day before evening.

I wanted to use olives for Mr. Lump’s eyes however Aiyana was not having that. She loves her olives. I had to settle for hollyberries. ;-)

We made a snowman this past Friday. I call him Mr. Lumpy. Aiyana and I stayed outside for a while playing in the snow. We had a blast playing in the snow! I would have been content to stay outdoors all day, and I think Aiyana would have been happy also but we did go inside four hours later. Short video
